Keep in Mind, while migrating your blog and using 301 redirects, you must make sure that your XML sitemaps, canonical tags, and links are also updates.
A 301 redirection is permanent redirect which is used, if your site has a page not found 404 errors, changes in post links, or if your site is moved to new domain.
If you have done redirection correctly then, your website traffic doesn’t go down.

This is also one of the reasons for low website traffic. First of all, keep in mind that content is the king. Always write your own original and quality content. Don’t copy content from other sites.
If you are copying content of other sites and posted it on your site then, it will comes under copy content or duplicate content.
Whenever you copied other sites’ content and post it on your site. Google algorithms will always catch you up because the content you copied is already indexed and crawled in Google.
If you copied that and post it on other sites Google will penalize your site under the Panda Update.
